Traveling, exercise, and how to fuel your body on vacation!

Traveling and exercise is a difficult aspect to navigate. Some people really enjoy continuing their workouts throughout their vacation, while others including myself like to go into full relaxation mode. In general a good rule of thumb (vacation or not) is 3-4, 30 minute increments of some type of activity! Even walking! Youtube is also a killer option for looking at non conventional workouts if you don’t have access to weights or a gym.
